5px\"\u003e“肉类在老百姓‘菜篮子’中占据重要位置，来源不明的肉类可能携带大量病菌、寄生虫，存在传播人畜共患疾病风险，直接危害人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。”承办法官解释说，被告人尹某虎出售或收购、屠宰、销售死因不明或病死牛，足以造成严重食物中毒事故或者其他严重食源性疾病，其行为已构成生产、销售不符合食品安全标准的食品罪，人民法院依法予以严惩，并禁止其从事食品生产、销售及相关活动。畜禽养殖户在畜禽出现疾病时，要及时找兽医及相关部门救治，发现病死或死因不明的畜禽，要及时向当地动物检疫部门报告，严禁出售、转让、抛弃，也不得私自宰杀、剥食，应在符合动物防疫条件的地方进行无害化处理。食品行业从业者决不能抱有侥幸心理，为谋取非法利益触犯法律红线，最终害人害己。\u003c!--MID_AD_4--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_4--\u003e\u003cp
